We offer a 100% customer SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. WE WANT YOU TO BE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDERED! Although we know you will be happy and LOVE your new product, especially since you will feel SAFER carrying one of our self defense devices, if you don't like them, then we don't want you to keep them!
RETURN POLICY: PersonalProtectionandMore.com offers the following Returns Policy: You will need an RMA# in order to return a defective product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA# on the return label and will be returned to sender. You can email us at sales@personalprotectionandmore.com or call us 203-500-5605 for your initial RMA#. If contacting us by email please indicate in the subject line: Customer Product Return Request. We will also require that you provide us with your invoice or order number, the item(s) you are returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted if we are not supplied with the above required information. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s), including the address to send the item(s) to, in a response email or on the phone if you choose to call your request in. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective product.

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific PersonalProtectionandMore.com product page. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Personal Protection and More before any products are returned. We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. We test all of our products before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by PersonalProtectionandMore.com before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in original packaging. PersonalProtectionandMore.com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at PersonalProtectionandMore.com's discretion. *Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by PersonalProtectionandMore.com. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within a five(5)day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from PersonalProtectionandMore.com. Any return must be authorized by a representative of PersonalProtectionandMore.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from PersonalProtectionandMore.com. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESS days of receipt of product(s) by the customer. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. REQUEST TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM PERSONALPROTECTIIONANDMORE.COM WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).
WARRANTY: We guarantee all PersonalProtectionandMore.com products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer). We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
